1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Yaadon Ka Ghar ("we," "our," or "us"), accessible at https://www.yaadonkaghar.com. By accessing or using our digital family memory and heritage platform, websites, guest QR upload portals, and mobile experiences (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Yaadon Ka Ghar is a digital family memory and heritage platform. The Service enables users to create private family memory vaults, organize milestone celebrations (such as weddings, birthdays, and festivals), collect photographs and videos from event guests via QR codes, record and transcribe oral history voice stories, and map ancestral family trees. All services and platform features are delivered electronically through an authenticated online account. No physical goods or packages are manufactured or shipped.

3. User Accounts & Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase paid preservation plans.
• Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Memory Preservation Plans, Payments & Digital Delivery

• Pricing & Currency: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
• Plan Types: We offer free starter tiers, recurring monthly and annual family preservation plans, and one-time celebration event passes.
• Instant Digital Activation: Memory preservation plans and included media capacities are activated immediately in your online account upon verified payment confirmation.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed via authorized, RBI-compliant payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay). We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on our servers.

5. Ownership of Family Content & Memories

You retain 100% ownership of all photographs, videos, audio voice notes, stories, and family history data that you upload to Yaadon Ka Ghar. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, store, back up, and display your content to provide the Service to you and your authorized family members. We will never sell your personal photos or use your family memories for commercial advertising.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service exclusively for lawful personal and family memory preservation. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing upon third-party intellectual property, or containing harmful software. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these standards.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account Billing settings. We offer a 7-day refund guarantee on initial annual plan upgrades. For detailed conditions, please review our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we employ secure digital infrastructure to preserve and deliver family memories, users are encouraged to maintain independent local copies of irreplaceable original files. In no event shall Yaadon Ka Ghar be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
