1. Digital Service Provisioning Timeline

• Instant Digital Activation: Upon successful payment confirmation by our payment gateway (Razorpay), your family memory plan is activated immediately in real time.
• Immediate Feature Access: Premium platform capabilities—including expanded media capacity (50 GB for Parivaar, 250 GB for Shubh Vivaah, or 1 TB for Virasat), AI oral biographer, and unlimited celebration event archives—are unlocked instantly.

2. Delivery Confirmation & Receipts

Upon successful payment:

1. You will see an on-screen confirmation with your updated plan status and features.
2. An electronic payment receipt and confirmation email are sent to your registered email address.
3. Your complete billing history and transaction IDs can be accessed anytime under Settings → Billing.

3. Zero Shipping Charges

Because all Yaadon Ka Ghar services are delivered digitally through your web account, there are zero shipping, handling, packaging, or postal charges for any transaction.

4. Resolving Service Activation Inquiries

In rare instances where a payment is debited but plan activation is delayed due to banking network latency:

• Our automated webhook system reconciles and activates accounts within 15 minutes of receiving gateway authorization.
• If your account is not updated within 1 hour, please raise a ticket at /support or email support@yaadonkaghar.com with your transaction reference for priority assistance within 4 hours.
